Diwali is celebrated every year making the start of Hindu new year. It is a time filled with light and love.
This day is celebrated by making sweets, decorating homes using lamps (Diyas) and candles as well as coloured sand (rangoli) and fireworks.
Diwali is a time of getting together with friends and families and celebrating the year new together.
Last Friday, we celebrated Diwali at our centre.
